Conflicts of Interest Policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

1. Why this policy exists

A conflict of interest can arise when our interests, or those of our staff or partners, differ from yours. We aim to identify such situations and manage them so that clients are treated fairly.

2. Where conflicts may arise

  • We may be the counterparty to your trade, so our interests can differ from yours.
  • We may receive payment from, or share fees with, partners and service providers.
  • Staff may have personal trading or other outside interests.
  • We may deal with several clients with competing interests.

3. How we manage them

  • Written rules on staff personal trading and on gifts and benefits.
  • Separation of duties and controlled access to client information.
  • Clear order handling and execution rules applied consistently to all clients.
  • Reviews and records of potential conflicts, with escalation to senior management.
  • Disclosure to you where a conflict cannot be removed.

4. Disclosure

If we cannot manage a conflict in a way that avoids harm to you, we will tell you before we act so you can decide how to proceed. You can ask us for more detail by writing to info@waystarcapitals.com.
