Payments and Refunds Policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

1. Deposits

You can fund your account using the payment methods shown in the client portal. Available methods, minimum amounts and processing times can vary by country and may change. Deposits must come from an account in your own name.

2. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are made from the client portal. We normally return funds to the method you used to deposit. We may need to verify your identity or the payment method first, and pending verification can delay a withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to available free margin.

3. Fees

Fees charged by us, your bank or your payment provider, including currency conversion costs, may apply. We show any fees we charge in the client portal before you confirm a payment.

4. Processing times

Processing times depend on the method and on third parties such as banks. We will process requests as soon as we reasonably can, but we cannot control delays outside our systems.

5. Refunds

  • Funds you have deposited but have not traded with can be returned to you on request, subject to the checks in our AML and KYC Policy.
  • Trading losses are a normal result of market movements and are not refundable.
  • If we make an error, such as a duplicate charge, we will correct it and refund the amount.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a payment is wrong, contact us at info@waystarcapitals.com before disputing it with your bank so we can investigate quickly. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is open.

7. Inactive accounts

If an account has no activity for a long period we may contact you and, where our client agreement allows, apply an inactivity fee or close the account and return remaining funds.
