Questions, answered

What is forex trading?

Forex, short for foreign exchange, is the trading of one currency against another, such as the euro against the US dollar. Prices move as supply and demand change, and traders aim to profit from those movements.

What is a CFD?

A contract for difference is an agreement to exchange the difference in the price of an instrument between opening and closing a position. You do not own the underlying asset. CFDs are leveraged, so they can magnify both profits and losses.

When is the market open?

Forex trades continuously from Sunday evening to Friday evening (UTC), moving through the Sydney, Tokyo, London and New York sessions. Other instruments follow their own hours, which are shown on the trading platform.

How do I open an account?

Select Open account and complete registration on our client portal. You will be asked to verify your identity before you fund your account. See our AML and KYC Policy for what we ask for.

How do I sign in?

Select Sign in. It takes you to our client portal, where you enter your login details. We never ask for your password by email or message.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and you could lose some or all of your capital.

  • Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains, and losses can arrive quickly.
  • Spreads, commissions and overnight financing all affect your result.
  • Decide your position size and where you will close a losing trade before you open it.

Please read our Risk Disclosure before you trade.

Where can I read your policies?

Every policy is linked in the footer of each page: privacy, terms, risk disclosure, cookies, AML and KYC, complaints, order execution, conflicts of interest, and payments and refunds.
