Order Execution Policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how Waystar Capital aims to execute orders you place on our trading platform. It applies to all forex and CFD orders.

2. Our approach

We aim to execute orders promptly and fairly and to obtain the best result we reasonably can for you. The factors we consider include price, speed, likelihood of execution, order size, the nature of the market and costs.

3. Order types

  • Market orders are filled at the best available price when we receive them. The price may differ from the one you saw on screen.
  • Limit orders are filled only at your chosen price or better.
  • Stop orders become market orders once your stop price is reached, and may be filled at a worse price in fast markets.
  • Stop-loss and take-profit orders close a position at a set level, subject to market conditions.

4. Prices

Prices on the platform are based on quotes from our liquidity sources. They can change quickly, particularly around news releases and market opening times.

5. Slippage and requotes

In fast or illiquid markets an order may be executed at a different price from the one requested. This can be in your favour or against you.

6. Trading hours

Most forex markets are open continuously from Sunday evening to Friday evening (UTC). Other instruments follow their own market hours, which are shown on the platform. Hours may change for holidays and daylight-saving time.

7. Rejected or cancelled orders

We may reject or cancel an order if it breaches a trading limit, there is insufficient margin, the price is clearly erroneous, the market is closed, or the order is otherwise outside the account terms.

8. Review

We review this policy regularly and will post any updates here.
